I believe running teaches you endlessly about yourself and about life. This blog is about my journey of discovering those lessons: frustrations, adventures, self-criticism, inner peace, goal-setting, long breaks, ramp-ups, discipline, burnout, freedom. . .simple enjoyment of the ride.
Yeah, it’s also about races, training, PRs, fitness, diet, and forever trying to fit running into my busy days. These are average struggles of an average runner who carries on because, well, I can’t ever seem to stay away for very long.
