Running goals

My current goals:

  • Start a consistent running program
  • Beat a 57:13 10k race time
  • Beat a 56:52 10k race time
  • Beat a 51:08 10k race time
  • Beat a 27:29 5k race time
  • Beat a 25:32 5k race time
  • Beat a 24:29 5k race time
  • Beat a 24:24 5k race time
  • Beat a 23:24 5k race time
  • Finish a half marathon
  • Beat a 2:06:06 half marathon time
  • Beat a 2:00:51 half marathon time
  • Beat a 1:56:21 half marathon time
  • Beat a 1:56:08 half marathon time
  • Beat a 1:52:01 half marathon time
  • Beat a 1:23:51 15k race time
  • Beat a 45:38 5 mile race time
  • Do less treadmill runs
  • Do more crosstraining
  • Run 700 miles in 2015

I plan to add more to this page as I (hopefully) improve…
